Amazon.com Product Description
From the renowned company that created the Swiss Army Knife a century ago comes the CyberTool 41, a complete set of tools for handymen, IT guys, boy scouts, campers, and just about everyone else. Measuring just 3-1/2 inches long, the CyberTool 41 is stylishly cased in a translucent sapphire or ruby housing, which provides a nice contrast to the standard red Swiss Army body. More importantly, the pocketknife contains 41 stainless-steel tools appropriate for just about any occasion. The standard camping tools include a large blade, a small blade, a can opener, a bottle opener, a corkscrew, 3mm and 6mm screwdrivers, a mini screwdriver, a sewing eye, a toothpick, tweezers, scissors, and a nail file. And that's just the beginning, as the CyberTool 41 also offers a multipurpose hook, a wire stripper, a wire cutter, a reamer, a wood saw, and pliers. In short, there's no better accessory for camping, hunting, and fishing trips and around-the-house use.

Should the basic tools not cut it, the CyberTool 41 steps up with a host of more technical tools, including a bit wrench and bit case; 4mm and 5mm hex sockets; #8, #10, and #15 Torx bits; a #2 Phillips head bit; a 4mm hex bit and a 4mm flat head; and #0 and #1 Pozidrive bits. Add in such tools as a ballpoint pen, DIP switch setter, wire crimper, metal saw and file, wood chisel, and key ring and you're well equipped for everything from repairing holes in tents to fixing defective hard drives.

As with all Victorinox items, the CyberTool 41 is made to exacting standards, with dozens of individual parts and hundreds of steps going into its construction. Victorinox attends to every detail, from selecting the finest materials to performing the final inspection. In addition, each individual tool has been hardened in a different way to stand up to its designated use. Outfitted with a plastic housing, the CyberTool 41 carries a lifetime warranty.

About Swiss Army Knives
In 1884, Swiss cutler Karl Elsener set up shop in Ibach-Schwyz, installing a waterwheel in Tobelbach Brook to run his grinding and polishing machines. Thus began what would become the international brand name Victorinox, a combination of Victoria, for Elsener's mother, and "inox," or stainless steel. Today, Victorinox produces watches, luggage, clothing, and, famously, Swiss Army Knives. The original product dates to 1897, when Elsener patented the Swiss Officer's and Sports Knife he supplied to the Swiss Army. Following World War II, American servicemen and women shopping in PX stores shortened the name to Swiss Army Knife, which lives on in English-speaking countries around the world and has become a metaphor for versatility.

5 out of 5 stars Extremely useful tool, especially for those in IT   June 19, 2010
John Ward (Stockton, CA)
I've worked in IT for 12 years now and this is the best single tool I've used in all that time. It combines many different tools into one compact form factor that can easily be carried in a pocket. I've had it about a year now and have used almost daily... this was money very well spent! Highly recommended.

5 out of 5 stars Fantastic tool for computer techies   June 2, 2010
B. Kemp (AR, United States)
This is a great multi-tool for techies, I use mine every day. I've got two now - one I keep in the car just in case, and one I keep in my pocket. It is surprisingly tough - the screwdriver can handle just about any job I've had. I use just about every tool on the knife, but it is pretty rare that I have a need for the wood saw, or a couple of the tools on the bottom. I like this over other multi-tools that are based around pliers. Excellent product.

5 out of 5 stars Better than expected   April 19, 2010

You can't go wrong with this knife. Very high quality. The implements make a very satisfying noise when they lock into place. It just feels great in your hand.

5 out of 5 stars Keep this on my belt at all times   July 6, 2009

This is the best, most compact tool to wear on your belt if you are a technical professional. The Torx bits fit HP servers and if you take all of the bits out of the driver it is the exact size to turn motherboard standoffs. There are several variations of pouches for this knife, try them all to find the one that is most comfortable. I find the pouch that hangs lowest is the most comfortable. You will never notice you are wearing this knife.

5 out of 5 stars Best Swiss knife I've ever seen   February 11, 2009

Gave this to my "geek" son-in-law for Christmas. He was thrilled with it. It has every tool in the book. I've never seen anything like it before. The best Swiss knife I've ever seen. Perfect for computer tech. It's kind of like having your own tool box in your pocket!
